You are entitled to vote for your Local representatives, including your Local Coordinator, Bargaining Unit President, unit representatives and those on committees, such as Health and Safety, Professional Development and Labour-Management.
Members are welcome–and encouraged–to let their name stand for any Local or Bargaining Unit position. Your input is needed!

This year we will be holding elections for various positions on our Local/Bargaining Unit team. Check here often as we will post election updates, including our call for nominations, candidate/voting information and election results.

Positions Up for Election
All Local 31 and Bargaining Unit positions are up for election for the 2027–2029 term. Members are encouraged to consider running for a leadership position and helping shape the future of our Local. Specific positions, responsibilities, and nomination requirements will be outlined during the Call for Nominations period.
